Service Description
Mobile notarization for Power of Attorney documents conducted at a residence, office, or mutually agreed-upon location. This service includes travel to your location and notarization of your documents. Power of Attorney signings may require additional time to ensure proper execution. Please note: This service does not include witnesses. If witnesses are required and not provided, they can be arranged for an additional fee. Additional fees may apply for extended travel, wait time, or additional services. Please ensure the signer has valid identification and is present, aware, and willing at the time of notarization.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Policy All notary appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email. A non-refundable deposit of 50 % is required at the time of booking to confirm your notary appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the notarization service. Deposits help reserve your time slot and cover administrative or travel preparations in advance. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Appointment times are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or message. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all signers at the time of notarization. For mobile notary services, a travel fee may apply based on the location. This fee will be communicated at the time of booking. 2. Payment Policy Full payment is due at the time of signing unless otherwise arranged. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Zelle, and cash (in person). Notarization fees are based on state-regulated pricing plus any applicable travel or convenience fees. 3. Cancellation Policy Free Cancellation: You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%. No-Show Policy: Failure to appear for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the booking fee. 4. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours in advance at no additional cost, subject to availability. Requests to reschedule made less than 2 hours before your scheduled time may be treated as a late cancellation. 5. Remote Online Notarization (RON) All RON appointments require a working camera, microphone, and a stable internet connection. RON appointments require full pre-payment to reserve the session. Missed or late logins beyond 10 minutes may be treated as a no-show, and the deposit may not be refunded. Failure to meet the technical requirements may result in cancellation and applicable fees. 6. Exceptions We understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to a personal emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at our discretion.
